In the Historical District
We didn't stay here but I loved the structure so much I had to take some pictures and find out more about it. There were several owners in the next several decades and in 1953 it was acquired by owners who became aware of the Inn's importance in Maryland's history. They began restoration designed... Calver House - can be very nice!
We stayed here last Fri/Sat nights after booking at the last minute on hotelsdotcom. My advice is to book & confirm one of the Queen suites in the historic section of the Calvert House. Poor service - poor cleaning of room
The room was rarely cleaned. We stayed a week and the trash under the bed on arrival was still there on our departure. I was told I could park the car myself since no one could locte the vallet.
