the rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom---when we arrived, we asked for a non-smoking room--this room was on a non-smoking floor but the room reeked of cigarette smoke---the front desk sent someone up to the room and she graciously transferred us to a different room--the new room was much better and in a better (more quiet) location--the staff was very friendly and willing to solve problems--the beds and pillows were great and the noise level was not a problem----the parking was not included and more on TravelPost.com
