Shuttle was right on time at the hotel and when we got in from our trip we called and driver was there in 10 minutes more on Travelocity

sure, baltimore has more luxury hotels now, but the hyatt still has the best location. more on Frommers

did expect better luxury (fixtures) in the bathroom, but it was well maintained, clean, and had nice quality amenities (toiletries). more on MyTravelGuide
