I traveled twice in the past month to Frederick and both times stayed in this Best Western. 2.0: Pretty disappointed

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We paid $91 and it wasn't worth it at all. Here's what was wrong with it:

1) Countertop by sink was dirty
2) Toilet was dirty (I could see smudges, etc. on the seat. Gross!)
