I stayed here for a family reuinon. The service was not good. The TV in my room and my parents room was broken and never got repaired even though we complained on day 1. Learned a lot form this stay. A hotel that has a sign for 'Reserved for Police Only' parking right next to the lobby enterance is not not good. There was a police car parked there the entire time. Next time my family and I visit the Wash. DC area, we will definitely not stay at this hotel again. The location was VERY Poorly operated. One elevator would continually trap guests inside the car but the hotel staff refused to take it out of service. The cars could not be summoned from the pool ... travellerOhio, a user of Tripadvisor. 2.0: Air miles...second class

We booked through airmiles. At first they thought we just had a reservation and were ready to give us a room on the 4th floor, after a 45 minute debate, they found our airmiles reservation and gave us a tiny room on the 5th with A/C broken, then relocated to 6th floor.
