Never staying there again

Hampton parking lot has big signs that say not responsible for personal property inside vehicle. Our vehicle was vandalized overnight and when we approached the front desk the next morning, the person there said "oh, is that your van out there? Yeah, that happened last night!" Decent property seriously lacking customer service
Just got back from a 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn Laurel for business. I rarely make it a point to express bad service, but I've never dealt with someone more unenthusiastic about helping customers in my life. Beware! Criminal right at this hotel! I stayed there for two nights. It was a nice trip until I was on my way to another city. I found out that one of my window wiper was stolen! It was terrible.
