Stay there when we're in Lexington Park

We always stay at the Days Inn in Lexington Park when we are in town. Our son is stationed at the Naval Station there and it is very convienent for him to just walk over from gate 2 to the Days Inn. This was for many years a local motel (not a chain) which had a big Angus steer out front, and a nice restaurant called the Belvidere. Clean and safe but noisy and old

We sought this room last minute as we were originally booked in Best Western that is no longer a Best Western and with good reason. The first hotel was in very bad repair, filthy and unsafe.
