The staff are unprofessional, especially the front desk people and some higher management personnel. I complained about the noise from the on-going renovation but was given a cold shoulder by the said arrogant hotel management. I expected free hot breakfast as one would with this kind of hotel bu... Would definitely stay again

Upscale property that has been maintained exceptionally well. Room was very clean with new or like-new carpeting, white linens on the bed appeared new. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
