the hotel is in the process of changing from a Holiday Inn to something else whose name I forget. Good location, mediocre hotel
The Crowne Plaza hotel in Silver Spring did little to impress me. I arrived to find one harried desk clerk on duty, who was busy trying to help someone cancel a reservation at his own hotel and could not do it on the computer… who was also answering phone calls at the same time.
