- employees that worked the front desk were extremly helpful they answered all my questions regarding the area and even let me sel more on Yahoo! Travel
- would definitely try to stay at the hyatt if possible (larger, newer, pleasanter rooms and a better rate for tufts visitors) more on Tripadvisor
