The staff was very courteous and the rooms were wonderful (right down to the soaps, they were heavenly!). We enjoyed the pool but because the hotel is so big, it was a very l-o-n-g walk from the elevator to our room. Room service was a little too pricey but the food was pretty good (Hagen Daas ...
