When you are entering a hotel of self-proclaimed quality one should never be greeted by a bouncer; It is offensive. 4 Upon check out no one inquired about the quality of my stay. 5 While the amenities were nice, when I pay for a four star hotel I am not paying for the king sized bed I am paying for the expectation that the staff will treat me as I want. more on Hotels.com
