This is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at
This review is coming from a Seasoned Travel Agent, I normally travel about 30 times a year so I am able to see many hotels from beautiful to disgusting and I must say this Hyatt was a real disappointment. It started when we arrived and I questioned Guest Services about local restaurants, that was a disaster…why hire an individual who doesn’t know anything about the surrounding area. After checking in I realized that this isn’t a Hyatt, more like a red roof inn. The carpet was stained and the bathroom looked rancid. I decided to call concierge to arrange for the shuttle ...
