Staff unhelpful , unwilling to respond back
I left my rain coat in the closet. I remember latter in the afternoon of checking out (Check out is 11AM) I called as soon as I realized I left it in the room. Stay right next to MIT and the Redline T Station
We stayed here one night for an event and had a great experience! The bed & pillows were very comfortable, along with the seating in the room. Loved the hotel. I booked on hotels.com and paid only $105 when other sites were listing it at $200.
