Expensive for the location

The staff at check-in were very helpful and friendly. The room was small and very hot, despite the cold weather outside, and somewhat worn and grungy, although not really dirty. Pretty good

We checked in and was not happy with the small size of the room and it was very hot. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working. We called the front desk and told them about these two things and they gave us a larger room which was much nicer. I have to say that their air condtioners do not wo... The location is good when staying in Cambridge. At check-in, they were unable to give us a king bed, they said, but gave us a free breakfast coupon. The room's cleanliness level was low.
