I’m not sure if we can explain just how happy we were with our stay at the Chatham Guest Rooms but we will try to explain. We arrived later than expected on a Saturday, the owners were more than understanding of our situation and didn’t give us any grief. Our room was the “east guest room”. It was a very nice room with a window air conditioner, and private bath. The window air conditioner did a great job of keeping the room cool/cold.
