I recently stayed at the Sheraton Ferncroft in Danvers, MA with my daughter and two of her friends to celebrate her birthday. We wanted to try out the new indoor water park at the Ferncroft, and since day passes are currently only available for groups of more than 15, we chose a hotel package with water park tickets. Our overall experience with the Ferncroft was terrible. Check-in at the hotel took one hour! We waited 20 minutes for our reservation to be processed ... boston5, a user of Tripadvisor.
