While the motel style rooms are fairly basic, the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff made up for that. more on Hotels.com

We had a tremendous room with water view from the balcony, the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and there was a boat launching ramp and beach to launch kayaks from. more on Hotels.com

A large pool and wading pool are a few feet from the rooms, and pedal boats (free) are available for exploring the bay. more on Hotels.com

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is a few miles east of Falmouth, MA, situated on a tidal bay. A large pool and wading pool are a few feet from the rooms, and pedal boats (free) are available for exploring the bay. ... more on Hotels.com

Cape Cod hotels are usually B or generic Hol. Inn affairs, but this place was really a very pleasant throw-back to earlier days of the motor hotel in the woods. We had a tremendous room with water view from the balcony, the staff ... more on Hotels.com
