Great fun winter vacation getaway

overall, not a very good experience

The location of this hotel is great, but that is about the only thing it has going for it. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful--a better word for it would probably be ""useless"". Not a high quality hotel

Hotel facilities were very run down. Tennis courts closed, had grass growing in them. Pool was unclean, peeling paint, no towels. Furniture throughout the facility were dirty and worn.
