5.0: Perfect Destination Wedding Spot!

We were trying to find a house near the beach on the Cape to rent for our wedding reception, but had the hardest time trying to find anyone who would allow us to put a tent up in the yard to host over 100 people. We stayed at the Beach Breeze in only to check out the location for our wedding. we e mailed with Don and called per his request and set up a meeting for our arrival date @ 2pm. we set up the meeting with Bruce and was e mailed a confirmation. we walk in @ 1:45pm and are greeted by Don asking us "if we just called about a wedding" I said, No but we ... donandamy, a user of Tripadvisor.
