Set just a few hundred feet from the lovely beach in Gloucester, Massachusetts, the Blue Shutters is an extraordinarily homey and approachable place. Because it has only 11 units of varying size, price, and decor, it's small enough for service that's both personal and personable. The views are simply glorious and make for an extremely pleasant stay.
