The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

We booked the room on line, and arrived to find a smokey, dirty, moldy room in dissarray. We should have left right then, but we wouldn't be spending much time there. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned. Cobwebs, dust, stains on the ceiling, and bugs crawling about. Beyond that there were wires ... brewandbbq, a user of Tripadvisor. Disappointing

They advertise that they've been totally renovated. Not true. The bathrooms are not new and not clean. The shower/tub enclosure was caked with mildew as was the sink surround. The Greenfield Inn is located in the rolling mountains of northern Massachusetts just off of Route I-91 Exit 26. The Inn is surrounded by numerous recreational and academic attractions. From Bradley airport ? I91 North Exit 26 right off interstate. From H
