My husband & I stayed here for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. The rooms are clean but very small. The walls are also very thin, could here the TV & conversations of the people in the next room. My husband and I stayed at the Sandpiper Beach Inn for 3 nights the week after labour day. We're in our late 30's. The room was small and accommodations basic, but very clean and comfortable. I searched really hard to find a well-priced inn with a beachfront location on Cape Cod which was also baby friendly.
