We arrived at the hotel an hour after check in time and was told our room was not ready. We were told that they had too many rooms to clean and if we were that upset that thier is another hotel across the street. Between the Comfort Suites and the Best Western, which are walking distance from each other, I'd opt for the BW. This place calls their rooms suites, but it's far from what the name suggests.
