2.0: Good value, rude owner

We booked thirty people into cottages at the Breakwaters last year in June. I have never written a negative review of a property I have stayed at - but I have to say that the manager of the property was grouchy and rude. The cottages themselves are fine - close to the beach and clean - great for families. One party in our group needed to arrive late (they were flying in from Ireland) ...
