Never Never EVER again

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in regards to the disappointing stay I had at your Holiday Inn location in Newton, Ma. I travel frequently for work and I have become a repeated guest at Holiday Inn hotels staying in New York and Pennsylvania. I, along with my colleagues, will no longer be staying in a Holiday Inn as a result of my unpleasant stay. Over the years I have grown to trust the Holiday Inn reputation as being one you can count on until my horrific stay on October 1, 2006.
I researched the Boston hotels on the web before I booked and I was under the impression that I would be staying in Newton, where I was doing a lot of my business.
