Illegal Activity

I walked in and put (3) rooms on hold at 6 PM and told the front desk not to book them as I wouldn't be able to take them until later that night. I thought the smoking room was actually smoking...

I booked this room late, so I understood when they had to put us in a smoking room; after all, it had happened to me before. This was the first time, however, that despite no one in my family smoking, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke.
