2.0: Worth it for the view

The view from the Master Suite was excellent. Wonderful breeze comes through. Do not stay in the twin bed rooms second floor. No air/no cross ventilation. HOT in the summer / no over head fan. We stayed at The Seafarer Inn in Rockport, MA (not Maine) for the weekend. Every room has a view of the ocean and we could hear the surf from our room.
