Hotel fine, customer service was horrendous

This is a brand new hotel and, therefore, clean and in good condition. I stayed a total of 6 nights and the breakfast staff do like to keep a constant eye on guests so people will not walk out with bananas nor coffee. Stayed here Saturday night, Oct. 6th. The hotel was easy to find. It still seems to have that "new hotel smell" to it! The rooms were spacious, the beds good and firm. Everything was clean.
