Overall, we were satified with the hotel. Our disappointed was with the uncomfortable bed and the ripped linens (it seemed a little shabby). The staff was great. wonderful accomodations

the hostess who was on duty both days, Saturday and Sunday mornings, August 18th and 19th for seating guests at breakfast, I didn't get her name, only that she also worked over-time that Saturday night was excellent. This hotel represents good value in the southwest suburbs of Boston. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Staff is exceedingly accommodating. Location is excellent.
