Though many years back Swampscott was the place to stay with dozens and dozens of places to stay these days there is only a couple of Inns /B & Bs to choose from, something Cap'n Jack's could take ... more on TripAdvisor

Well-appointed rooms and ocean views as well as a courteous staff and all at a reasonable price make this an exceptional place for one to stay if you have business in Boston or relaxation on the historic North Shore. more on Yahoo! Travel

Cap'n Jack's also has free Wi-Fi which is a real bonus for overseas visitors who want to use their 3g mobile phones and laptops. more on TripAdvisor

There is a small swimming pool for the guests to use which though we didn't use it ourselves did look very clean. more on TripAdvisor
