Mixed emotions
We called at 3pm to tell them we are arriving at 1am and would our double-queen NON smoking room would be held for us (my daughter is allergic to smoke)? Sure, they said. Wrong. Service was not good. Hotel is not accomodating on weekends.
Weekend visit and nothing was running from a service stand point. Hotel food was cold, not cooked well and very over priced. Service desk was not kind at all in the evenings. ""Hotel was nice going in, but the signs in the parking lot saying """"We're not responsible for your car"""" was not appealing or welcoming.
