This hotel is a dump. We booked a room for a Saturday night, to visit some old friends in western Mass. for the weekend. We arrived at 3:30Pm (3:00 check-in) to find a 25 minute wait to check-in. We stayed here because of the kid friendly atmosphere. The hotel was being remodeled but it was no disruption. The restuarants inside the hotel were great and the staff there was very friendly and courteous. I found the price a little above average but we stayed during the Big E festival in Sprin...
