Needs Improvement

worst hotel experience ever

I have never written a review for a hotel or motel prior to this. I feel compelled to do so this time as I experienced the worst ever stay last weekend at the Red Carpet Inn West Springfield, MA. Could be better even for the price

Although close to where you need to go, there is practically nothing nearby - a few other hotels, a car delaership and a McDonalds. Otherwise, you have to drive everywhere else.
