Lovely grounds, rooms need work!
We were looking forward to our stay there for months. I wanted so badly to be able to write a review that was full of praise, but I find myself racking my brain to find something to praise, other than the grounds, which are basically woods, and Mother Nature deserves the credit. We booked a cottage efficiency and when we pulled up to the building we were thrilled! A little cottage with a front door and a little vestibule with a guest room on either side. Just what we envisioned! I was disappointed when we opened the door to the "efficiency," which once WAS a real kitchenette as evidenced by the working hood (well, the light didn't work but the fan did) over the tiny microwave. The fridge was tiny and the coffeemaker was on a high shelf with no other place to put it. Inconvenient. There were missing ... Mary_Mac, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor
