This place is located w/ a view of the ocean and downtown Boston. It has that summer house on the water feel. Don't expect a lot of ammenities. Very nice

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights before flying from Boston to Vegas. We loved the view from our room, the room was big, clean, very nice. OK, it's got a swimming pool.

The rooms are not bad, but watch out for the Airplanes passing overhead. Close to Yirrel beach, no crowds. Winthrop is unkown except by state workers or airport personnel. Good value for your money compared to the pricy hotels closer to Boston. Our cab driver didn't know the place and that got us worried at first.
