Recommend highly
We just returned from a college search trip which took us to New England. This hotel served as our base for our Boston visit and was wonderful. At check-in, the hotel staff (Elsa?) printed up directions to two transit or T stations and explained how to catch the bus to Harvard at one and the subway to downtown at the other.
