Don't arrive after midnight!

We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. The front door was open. I entered the lobby and said "hello". No one responded. I phoned the desk through the house phone several times, no answer. We just returned from a college search trip which took us to New England. This hotel served as our base for our Boston visit and was wonderful.
