We also tried their restaurant in the hotel, the food is nice,except soup is semi-cold,but only when you are tired from work and it is cold outside and you dont want to go find a restaurant, otherwise, it is kinda depressing to sit there alone with no other customers. more on CitySearch

I was surprised & appalled at the way we were treated. 2 The customer service employees were not friendly. more on Epinions.com

For example, their room service trays from breakfast that stayed in halls all night & we had empty dirty glasses that were not picked up for days. more on Epinions.com
