The beds are as hard as rocks-had to get extra pillows and sleep on them-not very comfortable The drain in the bathroom floor by the toilet sometimes backed up The food hardly ever changed, even though there are different theme nights There are birds flying around in the restaurant and around the food The food in the buffet sits out for long periods with no temperature controls The concierge desk is also for time share, so you are constantly bugged.were told we would have the use of a bathroom Pool area oft more on MyTravelGuide
