We just checked out 01-01-2007. Our stay was nice, and the staff was very friendly, however, the hotel just opened around Dec 26, 2006. Only 45 rooms were ready and at least 8 of them had major problems with the air conditioning. ... more on Yahoo! Travel

We couldnt have wanted anything else out of our two weeks in Cancun. The hotel was great, the staff were wicked and the other guests were great fun! Yeah the beds might be a bit hard, but who cares you don't sleep when your in cancun! ... more on Yahoo! Travel

The beds are horrible. Hot water wait for 35 min. Only one bell man. Front desk somewhat helpful. Kichenette had clogged sink.
