The hotel is wonderful, quiet, the staff very nice, we received help from them before we get to the hotel, Gloria help us with the transportation from the airport and with our tour to Chichen Itza, Victoria received us and help us with our tour, the club beach discounts and our return to the airport. more on Venere.com
