she asked my name and credit card number and the dates of my stay as if I had inturupted her day then yelled in a foreign language at me when I asked for a reservation conformation number (stupid me) so I calmly asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, she handed the phone to her husband who just yes yessed me until he understood kind of what I wanted told me a room number and hung up.outside the pool had obviously not been treated with chlorine or skimmed and cleaned anytime recently it was more on Yahoo! Travel

I stood on a towel just to shower.there was a playground behind the building that was like an accident waiting to happen.rusty nails, sharp edges, and splintered wood everywhere. more on Yahoo! Travel

The room was filthy and there was hair in our bed, I guess the sheets had not been changed in between guests. more on TripAdvisor
