at check in time i was infromed that there was no daily roomservice only every five days they would clean your room and make your bed, there was not a bellsman to help with the luggages,and that the front closes each nite at11pm. i call corporate office with my disapointments and ask for a refund... When we first arrived, we were very surprised to learn that in the 12 day stay, our room would be cleaned only 1 time! After the initial shock wore off, it turned out to be ok.
