Was here in June 2005 for a Regional Skating Competition. No hot water and rude check-in person. Spoke to other skaters and they also had no hot water-- 2 days prior. Lets start off by saying that the staff was as rude as they get! I had 2 rooms. One for my parents and the other for my brother and I. I've never been treated so rudely by management working at front desk. Was charged for a movie and locked from our room until we paid for it.
