A Little Disappointed
The website for the Pointes North Inn is wonderful. It gives the impression that the hotel is right on the channel in Charlevoix with wonderful views and great amenities. Would not recommend this hotel
We booked this hotel for three days. The hotel was nearly emply but we were given a wierdly configured room on the first floor next to the sidewalk. Disapointing hotel. Non-smoking rooms are full of smoke. Your bedroom window opens into a hallway with very bright lights filtering into your room. TAKE PARSONS ROAD, TURN RIGHT AND GO TO THE NEXT LIGHT WHICH IS THREE MILE ROAD, TAKE A LEFT - TURN RIGHT AT NEXT LIGHT AT US 31 NORTH. FOLLOW U.S. 31 - 55 MILES INTO CHARLEVOIX.
