WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY MARRIOTT AGAIN- BEWARE!!!!!
I made my reservations months in advance and just two hours before I was to check in at 10 AM (to take the Michigan Bar Exam) I called to see if there were dishes supplied in kitchen and they told me I was displaced! Wonderful service!
When we arrived late at night, the check in person was so courteous and polite and offered to help with our bags. When he saw we had a baby, he asked us if we needed a crib. My girlfriends and I went to East Lansing to see the musical Wycked. We stayed in a penthouse suite at this hotel and were amazed at how spacious it was. Be prepared for the front desk....
I liked the room, very nice and very clean. It had a little kitchen set up and a nice big area to get ready, full length mirror, etc. When I got there to check in there were about six other guests waiting and only one person at the front desk who didn't seem to know what was going on, apparently ... Very Impressed with this Residence Inn
I recently brought my daughter to MSU and stayed at a Residence Inn for the first time. I stayed on the second level. This hotel was an easy 5-10 min walk to the EAST ZONE of the campus.
