Exercise room ceiling very low, pool unusable due to extremely high chlorine vapors causing people to cough and have burning eyes, high speed Internet not reliable (it was down 95% of the time during my stay), room card key had to be reprogrammed several times with no explanation, window in the room would not close completely, Sunday breakfast was a very unpleasant experience, the front desk staff claims that the restaurant isn't run by holiday inn (we went to georges across the street and it was great), no more on MyTravelGuide
