Dissappointed
My family and I visited the hotel on 6-25-05. They are in serious need of updating the interior hallways. The carpet was filthy and allthoug we had a no smoking room the hallways are filled with smoke which of course filters into the rooms. The room was okay but once the air was turned on smoke s... The customer service wasn't very good. I called to ask for some towels as the room had no bath towels and I never received them. OUR EXPERIENCE AT THE BEST VALUE WAS AWFUL. THE ROOM THEY PROMISED WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND INSTEAD OF A MAIN FLOOR ROOM WE WERE ON THE SECOND LEVEL WHICH WAS AGAINST THE DOCTORS ORDERS FOR ONE OF OUR GUEST WHO HAD JUST HAD AN OPERATION.
