1.0: What happened to the hot water???

I stayed there and had an awful experience. The boiler broke and there was no hot water. This was excusable, except that the problem began well before we checked in and they didn't make us aware of the issue! I stayed at the Hampton Inn along with several friends for a wedding. The rooms were surprisingly nice, with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms.
