It was a great spot for family bonding!

We spent Christmas night here with five families with ages 3 months to 70 years old. The pool was fun and the family room came in handy for games and eats. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Unspectacular, but good place to stay
I was in Grand Rapids for a conference, and this room was booked for me. The hotel was quite pleasant and well appointed. It is across the street from a large mall. The pool could have been cleaner. Shower curtain was missing, and shower head had a hole behind the wall. Molding was peeling on the side of the ventilation system.
